Ingredients
  

Chicken Patties

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs optional, for binding
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

To Assemble

  • 4 burger buns toasted
  • lettuce leaves optional
  • tomato slices optional
  • extra ranch dressing for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar, bacon, ranch, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Form into 4 equal-sized burger patties.
  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 6–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Toast burger buns and assemble with lettuce, tomato, chicken patty, and an extra drizzle of ranch.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the flavor-packed bite!

Notes

For extra juiciness, don’t overcook the patties. You can also freeze the raw patties for up to 2 months!
