- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and minced garlic.
- Pour in chicken broth. Add cream cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4β5 hours or until chicken is cooked and tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir everything to combine into a creamy sauce.
- While the chicken finishes cooking, boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
- Add cooked pasta to the Crock Pot and mix well. Let it sit for 5β10 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Serve hot, topped with chopped parsley and extra parmesan if desired.
Notes
You can use rotini, fusilli, or even spaghetti for this recipe. For extra richness, add a splash of heavy cream after shredding the chicken.
