- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for uniform cooking.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking. You can also marinate the chicken beforehand for even more flavor.
