- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add bell peppers, garlic, and ginger to the same pan. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until peppers are tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the pan. Pour in the sauce and toss everything to coat evenly. Cook for 2 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or a splash of sriracha. You can also swap chicken for beef or tofu!
