Method
- Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices, buttered side down, onto a heated skillet over medium heat.
- Layer each slice with turkey, cheddar cheese, and any desired toppings.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
- Grill until the bottom is golden brown, about 3–4 minutes, then carefully flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot!
Notes
You can substitute cheddar with Swiss or provolone. Add Dijon mustard for a tangy twist!
