- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic (if using) and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and sauté for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender but still a bit crunchy.
- Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs and cook for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
- Mix the cabbage and eggs together in the pan, adding salt, pepper, and soy sauce (if using) to taste. Stir until combined.
- Serve hot, and enjoy your simple and tasty cabbage and egg dish!
Notes
This dish can be customized by adding your favorite vegetables or seasonings. Serve with rice or bread for a more filling meal.
