  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional, for heat

Method
 

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet. Add butter and garlic to the empty side and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Mix the garlic butter with the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and optional chili flakes before serving. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

Serve this garlic butter chicken with rice, pasta, or crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
